 Who Is Coach Nikki Pepper:

Nikki has a passion for health and wellness that goes beyond simply being her work—It is truly her life’s calling. Growing up as a competitive gymnast, her love for being active began as an athlete herself, and later evolved to coaching others at only fifteen years old. The fulfillment she found in helping others build confidence in themselves sparked a lifelong journey of mentoring.

Nikki began her career in corporate fitness leading the Trade Marketing team at Reebok International HQ in 2015 and then relocated to Miami, FL to manage Field Marketing for the South Florida region. While growing the brand’s presence in Miami, she met all kinds of amazing fitness professionals in the process through hosting live events and workout classes.

Her love of fitness and helping others drove her to turn her side hustle of personal training into a full time career once she saw how rewarding it can be. With 14+ years of coaching experience and 20+ accredited certifications, Nikki teaches a holistic approach to creating sustainable lifestyle habits.

She guides clients in implementing her proven results-driven system to transform their bodies and minds through: Efficient workouts, flexible nutrition, and Reiki-infused sound healing. Her signature method of combining physical and energetic wellness is revolutionary in optimizing results for those looking to improve their health and live in a peak state.
