I said enough is enough. I went back to my roots and began searching for answers, and I created my own method.
I realized that all I needed was 30 minutes per day to hit my goals. I made myself a priority. I didn’t just work out—I began meditating, doing energy work, and letting go of old beliefs.

What if I’m new to fitness, it’s been forever since I’ve worked out, or I have an injury?
This program is designed for all levels of fitness (beginners through advanced), for both women and men. Different exercise modifications are provided for every workout to ensure the perfect level of intensity to reach your goals. Low impact alternative exercises are designed to be joint-friendly and your coach is available to help you make any necessary adjustments to keep you safe and pain-free.
What do I need for equipment?
This program requires minimal equipment (only 1-2 pairs of dumbbells + yoga mat). Recommended 5 lb pair for upper body / 10 lb pair for lower body. You can use water bottles in place of dumbbells if you don’t have them yet or are traveling. All workouts can be done from the convenience of home, a condo gym, or a regular gym.
What if I don’t have a lot of money to spend?
This program is accessible for any budget, starting at as low as $11 per day (that’s literally the price of an iced latte). What types of workouts are included and how are they accessed?
This program primarily focuses on Dumbbell Strength Workouts, while mixing in High Intensity Interval Training. This combination is designed to help you build lean, toned muscle, while burning stubborn body fat. There are 4 pre-recorded workouts per week, meaning all you need to do is hit play and follow along. These videos are excellent in providing motivation, encouragement, and form cues throughout the workout, so you never have to guess, “Am I doing this right?!”.
All program recordings and materials are easily accessed via the L.Y.F.E. app, which can be viewed via mobile or desktop and added to your home screen.
What type of help do you provide for nutrition?
We provide specific nutrition recommendations to support weight loss and increase energy. Some examples include grocery lists, sample meal plans, recipes, how to meal prep, food portions, macros, restaurant guides, and more. These resources include video explanations to educate you around proper nutrition to help you build life-long eating habits, so you never have to go on another diet again! Nutrition is equally as important as workouts to your success and we are adamant on addressing your eating habits to ensure you achieve your goals. You can’t out-train a bad diet!
What other health and wellness resources are included with the program?
We take a holistic approach to health and wellness to expedite reaching your goals and create life-long habits in the process to keep you thriving. We believe it’s crucial to heal the mind, body, AND spirit for a truly lasting transformation. Some examples of additional resources include stretching routines to improve your mobility and reduce joint stiffness, Reiki-infused sound bath healings and meditations to decrease stress and anxiety, time management to fit exercise and nutrition into your busy schedule, methods to improve your quality of sleep, how to optimize your immunity, and more to improve your mental AND physical health.
What if I have a hard time staying accountable or have tried other programs and fallen off in the past?
We are here to support and guide you every step, every rep of the way to ensure you stay on track. Your coach is able to see your completed workouts, as well as when you last logged in to the app, so you know someone is always watching you to make sure you don’t fall off. Each month, you will complete a 1-on-1 check-in form and schedule a 15-minute call with your coach so we can help you address and overcome any obstacles and challenges you are facing.
We are here to provide solutions so that you can keep pushing through what has held you back in the past. Most importantly (and invaluably), you will have communication access Monday through Friday to your coach’s personal cell for texting and voice notes to address challenges in real time as they come up—It’s like having a health and wellness coach in your back pocket! You literally cannot, and will not, fail (we won’t let you, it’s our promise)!
What if I’m short on time or travel often?
These workouts are designed for busy professionals, just like you! Workouts take only 30-35 minutes total to complete (you can literally do them on your lunch break). These workouts are pre-recorded, meaning you get to complete them on your own time, when it’s most convenient for you. Express bodyweight travel workouts take only 10-20 minutes to complete, meaning you can stay on track on even your busiest of days or while you’re traveling. We eliminate the excuse, “But I don’t have time to workout!” by providing you with options for even the most demanding schedule.

Is there a minimum commitment and how do I pause or cancel my program?

Change takes time (it didn’t take you 2 weeks to get to where you’re at, so it’s going to take more than 2 weeks to get you to where you want to be). After your initial 3-month commitment, you can pause or cancel at any time, for any reason.
